With over 80 years experience our team of Goldsmiths are highly skilled in all aspects of jewellery repair. From ring resizing, chain soldering, remounting an engagement ring, turning a ring into a pendant, refinishing worn jewellery, or setting your own stones into a new design, the possibilities are endless. No job is ever too big or too small.

Jamie Pang GIA AJP

Director

Jamie joined the company in 2005, with a sales background Jamie soon found a passion for jewellery and has gone on to become an accomplished jewellery designer as well as being a director. Jamie has undertaken the Accredited Jewellery Professional diploma from the Gemological Institute of America.

Emma Pang GIA AJP

Manager

Emma joined the company in 2011, with a background in private banking Emma brought a wealth of high net-worth client service experience to her role. Emma has undertaken the Accredited Jewellery Professional diploma from the Gemological Institute of America.

Jason Sarahs

Workshop Manager

Jason joined the workshop in 1995, straight out of school as an apprentice. Jason’s passion for hand crafting high quality jewellery and attention to detail makes him the perfect workshop manager. Jason hand crafts the majority of our one-off diamond rings and client commissions.

Douglas Craig

Goldsmith

Douglas studied Jewellery Design and Manufacture at Kelvin College in Glasgow, where he was given the creative freedom to pursue his own design interest and to experiment with a wide range of jewellery techniques including bench skills, setting, casting, silversmithing and leatherwork. This is also where Douglas started to develop his specialist skills in computer aided design (CAD) and 3D printing.

Paul Martin

Director

Founding partner, managing Director Paul Martin founded the company in June 1973, having completed a 5 year goldsmith apprenticeship. Paul has spent many years at the bench, and conceived the idea of ‘Patois Jewellery’.

Ann Martin

Director

A director, Ann had a very successful career in health-care, having retired she now helps in the shop part-time.
